How do I find my model code / Product number (PNC)?
The model number and product number (PNC) is on your appliance serial plate sticker.

Still can't find it?
Make sure you remove any non alphanumeric characters or unnecessary spaces (like @#$*;”’,.?) Don’t include the brand name or “PNC” in your search eg. ELXPNC914520402
